Return & Replacement Policy – Krshn Fine Silver Jewellery

Replacement & Exchange

If you would like a replacement or exchange for your order, we are happy to assist, subject to product availability.

Replacement or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

The replacement process will begin once the original product has been returned and inspected.

Items should be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Return Policy

At Krshn, we take pride in crafting authentic fine silver jewellery of the highest quality. Each piece is created with care and precision, designed to hold timeless beauty and emotional significance.

We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect items delivered. Returns for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or personal dislike of design are not accepted.

Refunds are processed once the returned item passes quality checks at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Replacement Process

We strive to make the replacement process simple and smooth:

You may initiate a replacement request through our website/app or by contacting our Customer Support team.

Once your request is registered, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled from your address. Please ensure you are available at the time of collection.

If you miss the scheduled pick-up or are unavailable, the courier may cancel the request. In such cases, you will need to re-initiate the replacement, which may extend the timeline.

In rare cases where reverse pick-up is not available for your pin code, we may request you to send the item back via India Post or another courier. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to ₹70). If charges exceed ₹70, the difference will be adjusted against the refund amount.

Important Notes

All returns and replacements are subject to quality inspection.

Customized, engraved, or altered jewellery is not eligible for return or replacement.

For non-serviceable pin codes, it is the customer’s responsibility to send the product back to our warehouse.
